Bylaw Announcement

In accordance to current bylaws, Amendment of the bylaws by the members shall require a minimum (30) thirty-day notice to the Regular Members and Associate Members. The attached bylaws version 3.0 are the proposed amendments. A separate email will be sent out to all members with the password and instruction on providing any comments, edits, or suggestions on the proposed changes to the bylaws version 2.0.
